Yes. Our mobile POS system meets all requirements of the German Cash Register Security Regulation (Kassensicherungsverordnung) in accordance with §146a AO and is equipped with a cloud-based TSE (technical security device). Receipts can either be printed out using a connected receipt printer or displayed digitally as e-receipts. With Servely, you are always on the safe side legally.

The daily cash point closing is generated automatically every day and is Z-receipt compliant. However, you can also trigger it manually at any time.

Yes, absolutely. Servely offers you flexible export options for every purpose—whether for your own archiving, further sales analysis, or accounting.

Exporting in a DATEV-compatible format is also possible for stress-free transfer to your tax advisor.

Yes, since July 1, 2025, cash register reporting in accordance with §146a AO has also been mandatory for events. Important to know: Not only must the cash registers currently in use at the event be reported, but all cash registers at your place of business.

But don’t worry: Servely makes this step easy for you. Using our system, you can report all Servely cash registers as well as your external cash registers centrally, quickly, and easily—without any great effort or a tax advisor.

Self-ordering does not replace personal service, but complements it. It gives your guests the freedom to choose for themselves at any time: classic ordering from the staff or the quick digital way? Especially with a younger or international target group, this flexibility hits the mark.

Servely does not currently support online payment for orders placed via the digital menu. Your guests pay the staff as usual.

However, with the “Call Service” function, your guests can request staff quickly and easily at any time.

With Servely, you currently have two options for how orders are received by your team:

• Kitchen display system (KDS): Incoming orders are clearly displayed on one or more monitors and can be processed digitally right there.
• Receipt printing: A printer at the counter or in the kitchen prints out the orders in the traditional way on receipts.

Important: Servely Self-Ordering is a tool for taking orders and does not replace a full-fledged POS system. This means that all incoming orders must still be entered into your existing POS system.
